It is the people at Pacific Claims Group and their dedication to service that has underpinned the company's success. A culture of top service and "getting things right" permeates the whole organisation and is enhanced by expert technical knowledge in a range of diverse fields.

"You pick the carpet. I'm sure you will choose something nice." .......so our Senior Assessor was told, while discussing the restoration of an elderly lady's recently flooded house. Alone since her husband died 2 years earlier, and suffering the early stages of dementure, Mrs P didn't notice the water pouring from the broken water inlet pipe on her washing machine. For over 20 hours the water flowed unabated into the house. With no family to call on, our Senior Assessor drove Mrs P. to an aged care facility and arranged accommodation for her for the duration of the repairs. After overseeing the restoration, our Assessor collected Mrs P from her temporary accommodation and returned her to her home.
Mrs P. was extremely grateful for the service she received . . .And yes, she loves the carpet we picked for her.

Fortunately, Pacific Claims Group is only as good as its people.
